Returns Overview
At Artistic Entrances, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for doors purchased directly from artisticentrances.shop within a strictly defined window to ensure product quality for all customers.

Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Requirement: To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Resellable State: Items must be in new, resellable condition. Any item that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Installed, attempted-to-be-installed, or used products.

Modified or altered products.

Clearance or discounted items.

Damaged items not reported at the time of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the specific reason for the return.

Wait for approval and specific return instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring proper packaging. Due to the size and weight of our products, these costs may be significant.

Transit Responsibility: The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that occurs during return transit.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
Delivery Inspection (Critical)
All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If visible damage is found, note it with the delivery driver before signing for the shipment.

Take clear photos of the damage immediately.

Notification: Notify us of any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Failure to document damage at delivery may result in a claim denial. We will repair, replace, or provide a resolution at our discretion.
Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the return is received.
