Returns Overview

At Artistic Entrances, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for doors purchased directly from artisticentrances.shop within a strictly defined window to ensure product quality for all customers.

  • Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirement: To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Resellable State: Items must be in new, resellable condition. Any item that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed, attempted-to-be-installed, or used products.

  • Modified or altered products.

  • Clearance or discounted items.

  • Damaged items not reported at the time of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@artisticentrances.co or (725)-251-3808.

  2. Provide your order number and the specific reason for the return.

  3. Wait for approval and specific return instructions.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring proper packaging. Due to the size and weight of our products, these costs may be significant.

  • Transit Responsibility: The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that occurs during return transit.

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Delivery Inspection (Critical)

All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

  • If visible damage is found, note it with the delivery driver before signing for the shipment.

  • Take clear photos of the damage immediately.

  • Notification: Notify us of any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Failure to document damage at delivery may result in a claim denial. We will repair, replace, or provide a resolution at our discretion.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible item and place a new order.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the return is received.
