Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock Doors: Typically ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom Doors: Due to the specialized craftsmanship required, custom orders can take up to 14 weeks to deliver.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped from our Las Vegas facility, transit time is generally 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping for our products (items 100lb and up) is handled via specialized freight carriers:

  • Economy Shipping: $350.00

  • Express Shipping: $650.00

Freight Delivery Appointments

Once your door reaches the local terminal, the freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.

  • Availability: You must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

  • Redelivery Fees: If you are not present for a scheduled appointment, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Curbside Delivery Only

All deliveries are Curbside Only.

  • The driver will unload the item at the curb or the end of your driveway using a liftgate.

  • Drivers are not permitted to move items into your home, garage, or backyard.

  • Given the weight of our doors, we strongly recommend having at least two individuals available to move the product into a secure location.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Orders will be shipped strictly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

  • Reconsignment Fees: If an address change is requested while the item is already in transit, the carrier will charge a "reconsignment fee" (typically $100 or more), which must be paid by the customer before the delivery can be completed.

Delivery Inspection (Critical)

Because doors are high-value and heavy, you must inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival.

  • Document Damage: If there is visible damage, you must note it clearly with the delivery driver before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Photos: Take clear photos of the packaging and product damage immediately.
  • Notification: Notify us at sales@artisticentrances.co within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
  • Risk: Failure to document damage at the time of delivery or notify us within 48 hours may result in a carrier claim denial.

Returns & Fees

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Condition: Any item that has been installed, altered, or attempted to be installed is not eligible for return.
